Isn't this what got Sion nerfed the first time?

From what I heard about his rework, I expected WAY better,...His late game is pretty meh,...He just gets kited a lot. His ultimate is often a glorified teleport, because even just walking is enough to dodge it unless you're already CCed. It even gives a global warning, just to make sure even not paying attention isn't an excuse. His passive could pretty easily just not exist, aside from the early game cheeses.
the reason he was initially nerfed wasnt a sunfire cinder stack, it was how un-interactive and powerful his laning was with the minion kick of death. he could literally spam E until you died, as it cost 35 mana and didnt increase at all, then because he was able to trade effectivly with that while not being able to be damaged through his shield, they nerfed the shield values, and its reactivation time to cut its reliability down unless you were way tanky in the first place.
