Post your champ that is getting shafted in season 8 and what buff you think they could use

Now I know, people are going to say,"BUT HE'S OP ON PBE RIGHT NOW!" What people need to understand is that in pbe right now, people are testing personal builds and setups, whereas in competitive play, Yi easily can be counterpicked. Nearly no one plays tanks or cc mages in PBE compared to fighters/assassins with little to no hard-cc. PBE in no way reflects the meta of a patch, just players testing their strats/setups/itemizations. That aside I will get into why Yi needs another buff too on top of the ones on pbe currently.

All Yi is getting is the standard +9 armor/+8ad that a lot of champions are receiving. This looks like a standard buff for Yi, but it is actually a nerf to his early game compared to the rune setup of season 7. Master Yi's E (wuju style) scales off of bonus AD and not base ad. For a champ that already offers nearly no ganking power in the early game aside from his respectable damage (which is now being nerfed), I really can't see this making it to live without some sort of personal buff compensation. Also, as someone who runes +15 AD runes on lane yi, this is a HUGE nerf. I think a small buff of attack speed would tremendously help yi's early game. +5% AS at level 1?
