Bring back AS steroid on Ghostblade (melee only!)

I don't really understand why ghostblade received the nerf that it did. Riot's explanation was that too many ADC's were abusing the AS steroid on the item. There is a simple solution; make the AS steroid on the active of ghostblade only apply to melee.

If you are worried that assassins would get too strong from this item, mind you that not a single assassin is auto attack reliant and that adding an AS steroid to their kit would grant a minimal damage increase due to the nature of their kits.
