I agree. I don't know what fools are thumbs downing your post.... Talon is STUPID OP. Even with ARmor and Health Regen, he seems to be able to one shot you anytime he wants under turret even at Level 1.

Nah, he's not f'ing broken at all..... No balance in this game.

yeah adc's have too much counterplay, i think remove assassins and syndra in general for more meaningful adc gameplay!!!
