DFG's removal and the repercussions of such a decision.

Riot has made the giant leap of the new year by saying they'll be removing DFG from this game. Now, I know Morello has hated the Item since it's release and creation, but that doesn't mean the item doesn't have its merits. Its practical, and very good for a game where AP begins to fall off mid game, where targets get very beefy, and you can't really do much against them.

AP champions like Le Blanc rely on this item, almost solely as their base of damage. Champions like Veigar do as well. In a more ideal game of League, a champion like this would automatically grab the ADC, or APC and explode them in an instant, but we all know in any game of League, sometimes a bruiser from Top lane, or the Jungle is something you MUST take care of, and sometimes that includes blowing them up with your combo and then make way for the ADC for your other team.

Now, if Riot wanted to remove any item from the game, it should be Zhonya's Hourglass, why? Because this item is actually very toxic to the game, if you read what almost every person in League has to say, it gives you 2 entire seconds of invulnerability, and gives tanky, and massive AP bonuses. This item is horrible, and should be removed instead of DFG, has such a decision been made.

For the future I fear for Veigar, I fear for Ahri, I fear for just about anyone that really did need this item to perform properly. I get Morello is just shoving his biases into the game, and making very major changes that WILL effect a major pool of champions, but please, take away Hourglass if anything.
