What people don't seem to realize about people getting ban is that you need to be reported. While Meteo might have been toxic in the chat (I'm inly going by what I've heard here on the forums I honestly have no clue who he even is) if he was toxic while playing with friends or people he knew then it's obvious they wouldn't report him.
Whereas from what I've seen of Tyler he was basically trolling/feeding/being toxic with a bunch of people he didn't know.
It's like in real life. You can joke around with our friends, curse, possibly even use derogatory phrases. They shouldn't get offended because you guys know each other so within that select group it's ok. But you wouldn't be acting like that surrounded by people you don't know.
Then of course people (mainly his fanboys) need to understand he was ban permanently from the game for more than just being toxic. This guy was overall no fun to play with (as a teammate) especially if he didn't get his way. If you need to throw a temper tantrum because someone didn't give you a buff, or someone took a kill/CS you really need to grow up. But as I said he was ban for more than just being toxic. He was negative towards everyone on his team, he would feed, he bought accounts. He didn't do this once or twice. He has (from what I've read) did this on more than 15 accounts. It's pretty obvious why riot doesn't want someone like that representing their game.
