I don't know what surfaced that made twitch so broken, but he is. He stands from a huge distance and has extreme dps on your team. When I looked on the PBE I gagged, 20 mana on his w. Thank Rito!

Adding more mana cost to his e, which is why his lane phase is good now, is much more impactful then nerfing the e base damage. I think they should've kept the reduce stealth times though to be honest.
