Why is CDR so easy to get for every class?
Even adc's can get free cdr for building crit thanks to 
At this point cdr may as well not even exist just give everyones abilities scaled 40% cdr?

Actually mages have a huge problem getting 40%CDR without sacrificing runes or AP.
Is there actually another adc beside xayah that buys er first thats not troll building
On Lucian usually you have to get 6 scaling CDR blues. Essence reaver is currently not very good on pretty much any adc except Xayah if I remember correctly.
