Champion Mastery Proposal Change

I would really like to say "I reached Level 5 with X champ now everyone will know I am really strong with that champ" but right now I feel more like "oh wow I played X games with that champ". This is why I am proposing this change:

> Level 1: All matches give you champion points > Level 2: you gain champion points only from matches in which you had a grade higher than D (D+, C-, C ...) > Level 3: you gain champion points only from matches in which you had a grade higher than C (C+, B-, B ...) > Level 4: you gain champion points only from matches in which you had a grade higher than B (B+, A- ....) > Level 5: you gain champion points only from matches in which you had a grade higher than A (A+, S)

This is the change I would see; this way I can really feel like I am strong with a champ. Don't know how many of you feel the same
