Game item could work as scaling one like guinsoo or bramble vest .
Wht i mean by that is by investing in a effect so the effect scale better . It will be rather weak early but better later .
For example :
Make it so you only get 10 % increase crit damage per 20 % crit chance . So for a full 100 % crit build you get 50 % extra damage on your crit by investing maybe 4 crit item instead of getting flat raw damage for just investing in 1 item .
