The bans

Can we focus more bans on the feeders and not the toxic people please? The feeders cause so much of the toxic rages and the feeders always go unpunished. In my promos i had mid laner with 0 kills and 10 deaths then next game of promos my jungler had 0 kills and 12 deaths. so lost promos. Play another game and I get a zilean who dies 12 times in 1 game like holy fuck start banning these people. I'm fine with the person whos getting pissed off from people doing stupid shit in ranked and losing people games. What i've very tired of are these stupid ass people doing stupid random things in Rank games. Last game of the night, bard support who spend more time in the jungle getting chims than in bot lane with adc. so leaves adc to 1v2 a thresh twitch bot lane.
