Fioras Q needs to be changed a little

Riot can you please change fioras q i love the way it is except the cool down part of it. currently if you land a q on fiora 60% of the cool down is refunded so you can get fioras q to a no cool down. i love the dash and all of that just can you make it so the only way frioas q gets a cool down reduction if she hits a vital. So if fiora hits a vital the q gets the cool down reduction if it does not then it goes on the normal cool down. I was a fed cho'gath in my last game i was demolishing everyone then i 1v1 the fiora and her q was on a 0 cool down. dash after dash, all the armor and everything i built up did nothing to defend against the fiora. she didnt even have to proc her ult i did even get her to half health. how in the world is that balanced?

No man, that Q is her main spell. And it's actually a 2.5 second spell. Plus the targeting on it is so finicky the change you want would do more harm than anything else.

how would it do more harm. the damage is not being nerfed just the dash. fiora is fast as it is and her ult can be proc by autos it does not need her q. and her q has a large range as it is. you can dodge attacks and proc vitals and get the cool down reduced on her q so constant qs every second

the range is not that large, it is her only mobility tool. She needs it.

uh mobility is not that important. darius doesnt have any big mobility moves, cho'gath doesnt, sion doesnt he just has a slow, which fiora does as well. so that argument is out, and im not asking for her q to go on a 6 second cool down at rank 5 just do not make it a 0 cool down ability. she has lifesteal so she can sustain for the seconds her q is on cool down. there is no counter argument really for her q to not be able to be a 0 cool down ability.

here, make fioras q have a reset when she hits a vital. there fair game. i dont mind that the cool down gets reduced or anything, just dont make a ability broken by her getting a 60% cool down reduction off every q she hits, make is so vitals allow her q to be reset. tbh the way it is, she takes 0 skill to play and fiora is suppose to take skill to play

LOL except all those champs are tanky Fiora is not. On top of that, all 3 have hard hitting AOE abilities, and on command CC, Fiora's is situational. Sion has a team wide engage, AOE knock up and a high slow with armor shred, Cho has an AOE knock up and silence and a nuclear ult that heals. Both are tanks with tons of CC. Darius is a Juggernaut, aka huge damage raid boss tank who only needs one damage item and and can 3v1. Fiora is a melee carry, she is squishy, she has only conditional CC and a weak slow.

On top of that her Q is not even 0 seconds. Its 2 at max CDR with the reset.

Fiora slow is not weak. if she uses her kit right when getting away e slow and q dash. all those champs non have a dash to catch her when fiora is out of range she is gone
