Azir Needs a Buff. Not a Nerf. Make Shurima Great Again Pls.

As an Azir player I am so disappointed of how he is getting "balanced". In patch 8.7 Azir already has a general WR of 45 in regular gameplay, which is the second-last of all the mid laners, third-last of all the champions (while the last being Ryze). Then there is the patch 8.8 nerf. Which lowers his mid-game wave clear. Now his WR is 43 (Which is THE LAST of all champions)! Great! Even in Diamond Ranked Azir still has a WR of 45, which is the third-last of all champions. So now the experianced Azir are struggling to play him.

The reasons behind Azir becoming useless :

  • Patch 8.7, Presence of Mind Rework: This mastery used to be so good on Azir, which is the key to spam soldiers, shove the wave once he levels up. Now the new one literately does nothing.
  • Patch 8.6, Baron Buff Rework : Azir used to be good to defend the base when the enemy gets Baron. With the new Baron Buff, that is no more. This might sound like a small thing to many but it is so critical - even Azir has to roam, not farm, during the laning phase because whoever gets ahead gets baron and whoever gets baron basically wins the game. But there are so many better roaming champions than Azir (TwistedFate AurelionSol Fizz ...) -Patch 8.8 Azir Nerf : So whoever gets to roam the map wins the game. A champion's ability to waveclear determines if he or she could roam. With this nerf on Azir's early-mid game AOE, wave clearing becomes a problem to him - just think about other "balanced mages" who waveclears way-way faster than Azir. (Ekko Q, Anivia R, TwistedFate WQ, Ziggs Q....)
  • Patch 8.5 Azir Nerf : Q damage down. Less laning Control. Patch 8.3 Nerf: W draws minion aggro. Less laning control. Q CD up. Less waveclear............

The Azir rework took away his range, which used to be his core of late game. With all these nerf now the rework is meaningless. Azir is even weaker than before.

  • More nerf incoming ! Patch 8.9 - Mage late game mana down - Seriously? Late game mages like Azir basically relies on late game teamfight (If there can be a late game, cuz games end before 25 min) Now you goona nerf that? Seriously? -Patch 8.9 - Azir W rework - Taking away ALL the AOE of the soldiers - So Azir does not have the AOE to teamfight now. What does he have? item 1058 ?

Its so unfair to the Azir players, regardless of their skill caps, that Azir is constantly getting nerfed , just because the pros plays him in LCS , LCK or LPL. Make Shurima Great Again!

Just because he's bad in low tier doesn't mean he needs buffs...

It's better to have a champion shitty at one tier and balanced at another than balanced at one and broken in another.

I'm tired of the people saying oh he's such a monster if the player on him is good. Umm that's justifying a sub 46 winrate? No way, have you ever seen a good Zed or Fiora? Obviously a monster player can do really well, but that isn't because the champ is strong that's because they are good. There is absolutely no excuse for leaving this champion out to dry. Even after the introduction of the new guinsoos and lethal tempo he is still too weak. That's like over 100% free attack speed.... Let that sink in. This champ needs help badly. As it stands Azir has one of the lowest win rates in the league. This isn't even a late game meta, every new champ has dashes and hard CC the games are likely going to end before full build.
