So can i blame my bot lane when they go 4/18? Ok sure, I didn't carry, but is it too hard to ask for a bot lane that could at least go 10/18?

Depends. Did they get helped when they clearly needed help? Did mid ping mia and push or follow their lane, or did they do nothing to help while the enemy kept running bot? How about the jungle, did they coungergank when it was obvious they were getting camped? What about top, did top try to make any TP plays to help out? Did they push their lane?

Not sure what role you were, but if your bot is going 4/18, something should change. And wards only do so much to stop 4 man ganks. And by that I mean they dont do anything. The lane could have been perfectly warded, wouldnt matter if the enemy dove and got ahead, then continued to do it.

These things happen to me all the time. No MIA, no ganks, no help, no nothing. Guess what, I've never fed 18 kills because of it. If someone has fed 18 kills, there's not a damn thing anyone can do to stop that. I've experimented with heavy roaming before as a way to stop feeding and found that it doesn't help when you have stupid team mates. It's better to just FF.
