After seeing NB3 play the new talon, the new talon seems to be trash.
Why is the new talon so strong? His damage seems pretty low.

DoomRPG1 votesThe roaming potential and escapes are what makes new talon good, hes not an assasin that walks in and bursts you hes the assasin that jumps into your lane and with his team kills you, and can safetly escape, since unless you have the damage to kill him AND the cc to lock him down, killing him is practically impossible

Talon's new ultimate does not last nearly as long as his old one, and he doesn't have the upfront burst he used to.
You play around getting near the enemy, and only use your ult mid-fight now in order to get a Q crit. Using it to gapclose is a waste now unless you can get the kill without the crit.

Most of them are still strong, just not as full AD.
Apparently only ADCs are allowed to be successful when doing that.
