Nerfing Runic echoes because its too powerful on udyr is NOT the solution. MS is valuable and I love having it on many other champs i JG with. It's not right to nerf a item that many champions benefit from because one is too powerful with it.

IMO The biggest problem is that Udyr himself is very poorly designed. There's not really a lot of decision making with his kit as all of his abilities have to do with him just running around or auto attacking. He's a champion that could actually benefit from a complete visual and gameplay update.

I raised the same concern yesterday, Meddler himself told me that Udyr is taking a hit (Direct nerf) in 6.4

fun fact, urdyr can outrun Sivir with her ult on with Runic Echos and swifties.
I think the fact that even champions who shouldn't really benefit from it (Udyr has no AP ratios aside from his Phoenix Stance, and needs to get tanky to be effective in teamfights) is indicative of general problems with the item. Other AP champions (Elise, Fiddlesticks, etc.) also experienced drastic spikes in winrate (4 or 5%) with its introduction.
I always felt the Phoenix Stance does a little too much... Worst is his bear one. Getting stun every 2 or 3 seconds is not fun nor very skill based.
