Cow does not damage, but is pretty hard to kill, solution: Kill his team and walk away from him laughing.... at the cow...

All that needs to be said why he is not op
Next patch, it sounds like they are making the headbutt pulverize combo easier to land. If even silver players can begin to reliably land that combo, I think you'll see Alistar's play and win rate increase at all levels of play. Even the pros are missing some of the combos right now what with the new speed change.
