I enjoyed playing Zoe before her 8.4 nerf, after she was thrash. Then she got a buff and now she's ahhhh still not even decent, she aint bad neither decent she's ahhhhh class. Btw Im not some noob Zoe player that knows only 1 combo, the basic ones like E + Q + R + Q and E + Q + Q, no! Im not pro Zoe player but a good one. I use the better combos that deal more damage and are harder, but yet I still struggle to do any damage, and the combos Im talking about are Q + Passive + Q, E + Q + R + Q + Passive + W (If I have it or just a normal spell if I have it available) + Passive + Q + Q, E + Q + Passive + Q + R + Passive, and those kinda advanced stuff but as I said I still struggle to do more then 600 damage. If I was making a tier list, I wouldnt even put her to C tier, now even Zed is buffed (Zed is her counter) and she cant do anything Now I play her just for fun, which I end up not even getting, I dont even imagine myself playing her in ranked anymore.
