That thing is broken af, either nerf life steal or just lower the amount of life steal items give you Now I played Azir and the enemy jg was Olaf, he had 2 life steal items which were The Bloodthirster and Ravenous Hydra So late moments of the game, around 40th min, Olaf was under our Nexus tower and I was there attacking him, he was at around 11% health and in a matter of seconds he went from that 11% to 100% WHILE I WAS ATTACKING HIM, and we all know Azir has balls attack speed in late game, yet he somehow managed to go from 11% to 100% in 2 seconds And if that doesnt need a nerf then Irelia & Akali are balanced and fair to play against champions

I mean I was expecting:

Nerf item 1053 lifesteal vs minions, it gives too much hp back for 900 gold.

But you just don't seem to understand a champion in this case lol, you should try Olaf! He's a very fun champion
