Since right now, it is about early game and game length are around 30-40 minutes...

Have anyone tried snowballing a lane with Elise jg or she is still that weak that she falls off? Runic Echoes got a buff. Does Nimbus Cloak work on Elise? Does Shurelya's Reverie help her?

30-40 min games? I wish I had those type of games and not a snowball fiesta that is done by the 25 min mark at the latest

I personally love Elise. She was the first 6300 champ I bought and back then I feel like she dominated awesomely, even if she fell off I always made it work. As of the current meta/season we have right now. Electrocute is my goto on her most of the time. Dark harvest was good at first but it seemed to die off pretty quickly. With Elise it feels like you stay in jungle and farm especially with DH, but you lose out on the opportunity to snowball other lanes. Where as if you focus (with electrocute) on snowballing a lane, you may get lucky and win because of your fed laners, but once you reach that late game, unless you build tank/ap, it's going in and hoping you kill an important squishy then get killed yourself. Sometimes you get lucky with her Rappel, but lots of times you don't. I feel like Nimbus Cloak would possibly be good on her, but the 60 second cool down and how frequently you change forms in the jungle to clear, you'd have to work around the reset timer and wait perfectly to clear that last camp right before the cool down is over and go gank. I thought about Hail of Blades as well, it also seems like it'd be good, but you get most of that burst from Human W to Spider Q, they're either dead, or you use basic attacks to finish them off. Hail of blades would be good to finish them off if they survive her burst but then you're also losing out on a lot of damage that could come from Electrocute. It feels like she's purely limited to the Domination tree as her primary since she is an assassin and none of the other runes really fit her playstyle except the secondary runes in precision.
In a nutshell it's extremely underwhelming because her Human Q has such a low AP ratio/base damage to do current health damage, but you have so many champions that can do much more current health damage that it seems obsolete. Currently in her Human Q it does 40 / 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 (+ 4% (+ 3% per 100 AP) of target's current health) and her spider form does 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 8% (+ 3% per 100 AP) of target's missing health). If you throw the combo on it and since you can build magic penetration, you can say that at max level with about 400 AP against an average champ that has about 2300 health (Q does 548 damage with 400AP without considering resistance) Then if said 2300 health target is down that amount and has 1752 health, Spider Q does only 339.9 damage due to missing health. None of this includes the burst damage of her W in human form if you land it. Over all just a human/spider Q combined only does about 884 damage. Seems like alot if you add in the Human W, but with how tanky people can get from items/runes, it's not alot. My math might be horribly off and I've ranted long enough. Congratz if you read it and sorry if I got something wrong. So my primary problem is her Q damages and her little spiderling damage/healing.
