A New AP item Idea

A new smaller item (that gives magic penetration) to build into Void Staff

The reasoning for the smaller item is so you can get some magic penetration while you try to build into the item instead of having to get the full item(Void Staff) to get magic penetration.

sidenoteIf you want to add on grievous wounds to a new full item(an item like mortal remainder but for magic penetration)

Unless if Riot want a more creative and unique item to this instead of mirroring the AD item and they can go, "This is creative." . . Edit .
