Make Dynamic Queue pop up when it's your turn

So with the champion select we've had every season previously, if you were on another window, the LoL client would pop up when it was your turn to ban or pick. But now with Dynamic Queue, it doesn't do that. Or, at least, it doesn't for me. Can this be changed/fixed?
