and pulsefire caitlyn still isn't out yet, did riot postpone her release date to a later patch?

Sigh....have to explain this every patch cause of new skins. Especially with Legendary skins...

Patches are 14 days apart. The last patch was 5 days ago, meaning this patch isn't even HALF-way over.
Skins are, 95% of the time, released either Tuesday or Thursday.

Now why not this Thursday? Simply put: MSI capsules. This is the last weekend of those Capsules that contain 2 skin shards. If they released Pulsefire, her shard would of been added to the capsule and it would not be "fair" for those to buy it on Thursday only for it to appear in their MSI capsule if they bought one of those as well.

Soo..they are waiting for MSI to end...so it should be release to buy either this coming Tuesday or Thursday....at least that is my guess.
