Bring back Live Spectator pls

I lost can't to how many times I've made a thread about this topic. I really want the feature to spectate live pro games back, it always helped me learn new strategies about certain champs I wanted to learn. It is very beneficial and helpful to players of all divisions to watch and learn from higher up's matches. so please consider bringing it back as a feature of the new client. Since the new client makes it easier for you to create new features and updates. Thanks.
