can we give swain e a buff?
i would really like to see his e give vision of who it hits. say you throw it into fog and hit someone you cant pull them or even see who it is.

Oh please, in my personal opinion he doesn't need any buffs nor nerfs. Leave him as he is atm.
IKR and is passive is so Key right now too.
His W could use a buff, too. For how difficult it is to land, it really isn't satisfying. The damage is low, the cooldown is long, yet you can only really land it on enemies who are CC'd. Maybe have it deal damage equal to a percentage of Swain's health, and/or the target's missing health? That way, there are moments where it really has some oomph to it if you manage to hit someone with it.
