Cassiopia can have a perpetual fog all around her, Ezreal no longer has to basic attack, Karma is almost impossible to chase due to her slow on her q and her snare on her w and the speed boost on her e, Evelynn can shoot spikes at you every .3 seconds and her invisibility kicks in at the end of her speed boost, and DO NOT even mention Teemo. It is URF, and as such it is complete pandemonium.
