People mainly complain about Riot agreeing with the player base on who to nerf, but not doing so immediately. Figuring out how to nerf someone efficiently and fix the problem while maintaining the champions usefulness takes some time, effort, and creativity. Riot obviously hears what the community is saying, but can't always fix it immediately, which is perfectly fine.
Never got it. In addition, I'm not convinced that they know what they are doing. For every patch 4.12 and 5.3 there's everything in between.
