Look at her abilities and gameplay trailer. You can almost hear the shoutcaster yelling "But he grABS THE WATER ELEMENT AT THE LAST SECOND AND TURNS THE FIGHT AROUND!"

I would have been happy if she was an immobile siege mage. We haven't had a new one in a long time and it would have fit the element wielder theme better. But no, Riot had to make another mobile AD burst assassin. Because that's what sells. That's what the edgy kids want. That's what the remaining LoL youtubers can call "100% BEYOND BROKEN!". That's what gets the crowd going "Woooow oMG WHAT A GOD!" in the LCS.

Low mobility in 2019? We don't know her.

Most assassins are mobile. Its part of their job description. This isnt a real complaint you can have.

This argument is terrible.

I know people hate to admit it but there are people who enjoy playing assassin characters. It's not just 10 greasy assassin mains and 683873728 giga chad TANK PLAYERS AND MAGE PLAYERS (the true heroes of the game) that are never catered to. If you can do something different with a champ, Riot will have a go at it.

If anything, Mordekaiser is more LCS bait than Qiyana is: The triumphant return of an AP brusier who can not only wade through enemies and smash faces but also an ultimate that forces a 1v1, predominantly one of the "hypest" parts of an esport match. Qiyana, much more likely, is going to be an occasional niche pick because (And here's the biggest truth shock people get) assassins tend to not be competitively meta in an organized setting.

So, it's not the champion you want, so obviously it's because Riot made her for some alternate reason than just adding a new champion into a game that might be appealing to people other than you?

Why you so surprised? It's not season 3 when shit like braum was released. If you think there is a void in the roster say what it is with facts. We got tons of mages around and they all kinda feel the same to play against. (and don't make the stupid AP bruiser argument, it doesn't work, just play jax AP)

And we don't really have many AD mobile assassins. Also, mages is the most populated class is it not? Maybe fighters are more idk. Certainly not assassins.

since Zed is our last pure ad assassin, i'd say that she's welcome to the game. And no, Pyke doesn't count. He's a support. And Kayn doesn't count either, due to Rhaast and transformation bullshit

It was well known the next champion (her) will be an assassin, which are in their nature, mobile.

The last solo lane AD assassin we got was Kayn (just blue form) in 2017, and if you want an ACTUAL full on AD assassin in a solo lane, it's Zed in 2012. Our latest releases include an Yuumi AP enchanter, an Sylas AP bruiser, An Neeko AP (immobile) control mage, an Pyke AD assassin support, a Kaisa hybrid marksman and an Zoe AP artillary mage.

Also, morde Mordekaiser (an immobile AP Juggernaut) is MUCH more of an LCS bait if we're gonna do the strawman argument.
