Oh, no, that's not gold leaf, and it's not that cheap, but it's cheaper than having it painted, it's called car foil wrap. It's a good way to prevent scratches, and if something happens on one side, you just change it.
Plus, it's a good way to paint on it, then if you want to change the design, just take out the wrap, and the original paint is there again.
Just saying, there was more effort putting that on the car than Riot put into making those Prestige skins.
