PBE's Support Items Update

Lets face it. Some changes suck and others are sometimes better. The new idea with support items including the new stats and items, they are a great pro into the game because of other champions, but the con about them is how they are quest dependant in order to upgrade. What this entales is how the support will always be behind no matter what unless you're playing as an individual party (for yourself). What do I mean? Well, usually a support will buy to help their adc get ahead and stay ahead. The main thing a support needs ASAP is vision/map control. If your adc is bad, or you are bad, the majority of the time, you will not fininsh your quest. And well... I'm sorry, but most of the time you're not paired up with a great teammate. My point of saying this is that league has slowly constricted the ways of how one can get ahead within the game. If you make limits on everything, then they're restricting and confining the gold difference one can make comparritively.

I'm all for the new items for supports, but please allow the ability for people to buy their upgrade and not generate it poorly. Otherwise this will only enforce longer drawn out games that aren't nessessary.
