Zilean is not rewarding

Playing Zilean right now is so difficult it's not worth. Bombs do way less dmg and are a difficult to hit skillshot. That also makes his potential stun very unreliable, and 1.1 seconds is not rewarding for landing such a difficult combo. Either bring back the old Zilean who was a strong poke support that was very squish as the tradeoff, or rework into something else that actually works.
