"Double-click" ability to self-cast.

Right, I know that you can alt+hotkey to self-cast abilities, but I've found that this is generally a rather awkward way of doing things. On my keyboard (A laptop keyboard, though), you have to rotate your hand around into an uncomfortable position so that your thumb can reach the alt key. I've more or less gotten used to doing this, but it's still kind of annoying. So, why not have an option where, if you press the hotkey for an ability twice in quick succession (i.e. "double clicking"), it will automatically self-cast, just as if you had pressed alt-hotkey.

While I'm on the subject, I'd also like an option to disable clicking on yourself to self-cast, so that you can only self-cast with alt+hotkey and "double clicking." It would cut down on the embarrassingly large number of misclicks that I make in teamfights.
