Here's the only thing I think needs to happen to Maokai
Give him the Shaco box treatment, make his saplings separate themselves.

and oh btw MR stops alot of the damage...
and by the time he gets enough magic pen and ap to be able to 100 -0 you and has it max rank we are talking lvl 9/10 maybe 11... and why would you blindly face check a bush to begin with...
see it seems to be more of a matter of people being stupid then it being OP
