Could "Help & Support" Posts be Omitted from the "Red Tracker" Section?

I'm always curious to see what Riot is weighing in on in terms of game discussion. However, going to the "Red Tracker" section does not make this task any easier, as it is constantly flooded with people experiencing bugs and other issues.

Would it not be beneficial for "Help & Support" posts to just be omitted from the "Red Tracker" section? I can't imagine anyone navigates over there to read about bugs and complaints.

Filtering the boards that you see has been asked for since Boards Beta. They said they were looking into it, back then, but nothing ever came of it. They don't really have the most sophisticated web development; so I wouldn't really expect too much from them.

Please.

I love Porocles and Targon's Blade and they are doing fine work but it makes the red tracker virtually useless. Their responses are to specific issues that 99.99% of the population will never encounter and because there are about 50 help and support red posts for every one in the other areas it completely drowns the ability to find relevant red posts.

If you can't separate them into a Help & Support Red Tracker and a General Red Tracker just stop tracking the help and support ones because it offers minimal benefit at a very high cost to usability.

It would be great if we could exclude certain sections from searches and the Red Tracker.

This has been asked as a feature before, usually as a filter though. Riots response has basically been shut up and deal with it.

I think that having "Help and Support" in the title with "Dev Corner" and "Red Tracker." That would remove it from the tracker list.
