Ranked Que is so Volatile it hurts!

This game is such a pendulum! Its either my teams wrecks or their team wrecks... please try to balance this game with regulating champion picks. What I mean is you cannot play with a champion in ranked that you do not have mastery in. Or by some way or another make it so the game is balanced... Its so unbalanced its just not fun having games that are so one sided. I dont care to win games that are like that or lose games that are like that... It is way to up and down which creates a depressing feeling when playing.
