Accountability!!!

This game needs a stronger accountability for people who afk and leave games. If you leave a game or afk that mean no ranked for the day. They can still play custom but no Que play. It doesn't make sense to make it so easy to leave and quit games. It punishes people's elo and the players who want to play the game. Also you have a leaver or afker you dont lose elo. This doesnt make any sense. Please help this game become more accountable. Otherwise people will eventually quit because there is no gain or reason to play without an end goal. The value of the game will be lost and people will find other games that take into consideration how the player feel's not about mass population increase. Now i did have someone mention bugs and such. It goes without saying that if you have a bug or a crash they would have to take that into consideration. But i have had this experience myself with other games where matches last 1-3hour's and I never had this problem because its based on a Percentage of leaves, not just a single crash or leave. Not to mention if you are crashing a whole lot maybe instead of thinking about yourself think about the 12 people you just screwed out of elo because you have constant crash's for 3 games in a row. You have now become toxic to other players and I feel that you would agree that if it were you and you had three afker's or crasher's in a row you would wish they would be unable to play Que. Que= normal or ranked games, They can still play custom. Its not that we are taking the game play away its that they are losing their ability to troll or cause discomfort for others who are enjoying their elo climb. We want this game to be for individuals who will enjoy the game play as it is. Que can also= only ranked que. There needs to be a reason for people to stop queing for ranked when they can normal que when they have things to do outside of League. Meaning if you put penalties people will que normal knowing if they need to leave because they are trying to squeeze a game in they will normal instead of Ranked.
