Just do what korea does, only one account per player. I hate playing with all these smurfs who create another account and stuff it in Platinum where I am currently placed just to screw around. It honestly ruins ranked for everyone actually at that elo.
It is fun though.

I have the same problem. OCE is such a shit place to play now, so many smurfs everywhere... wtf. Riot doesnt give a fuck about low level like us... Fucking fix it. I've faced all smurfs so far and i just started playing the game for the past couple of weeks... only level13 bro. Fucking chill out.
