How about 20% cooldown reduction on ludden echoes ?

I just checked the olds removed items and saws "the magnus enchantment" gived 20% cooldown reduction i think it would help struggling jungle like Fiddlesticks to add the 20 % cooldown to .

While it will help fiddle, it might make other ap jungler too strong. Eve is pretty good atm, giving free 20% cdr to the item might break her. Also, elise is always on the brink of becoming good again, this will definetly make her top tier again. Now im not gonna judge if this is good or bad, just saying to take this in mind.

Ludens is quite strong as is if they were to add cool-down they'd have to drop dmg on the luden ,and dmg on the echo part. Ludens was meant for burst not sustain and quicker skill cd's

Did you mean the runic echoes item thing?
