Account banned for botting when i never use anything of this.

I think the riot support on EUW got some real problem actually with there server and any request send me too a rusian support page with a 404 not found i hope this board can help me.

My account got perma for using a scripting programme. First of all i only play in aram and normal game i dont care of the ranked so i dont have any interest of using any programm and i thinked about this thread made a couple of year ago. i dont know if this is the same thing who happened to me but i changed my keyboard recently and i changed a lot of my configuration in the setting (i have some really weird key bidding), so i ask if someone can help me this situation is really stressful.

They dont give me more information i d'ont know in witch game they think i used a programme if you chek justt one of my history match you will see iam not that good i just ask if a red post can watch my privious games and they will see themself there is no such thing because it would have been so obvious.
