Yeah you know the scarecrow champion one of your first champion since 2009 . It's really a good choice of name you have made for him you know " the Harbinger of Doom" because more doomed like him you can't made i know that the majority of your lead game design balance hard stuck silver team mains mostly ADC and support but just listen to me you have killed my champion in mid in sup and even in jungle in all roles and its not because he got 0.5 % winrate after the patch that mean he is viable.

I just ask myself why you hate him so much does a fiddel main camped you in one of your promo for silver 2 ranked or something ? Does the fact that you can't balance the old champ without reworking them totally scares you ?

Nah lets buff his cdr it's a good idea to buff his cdr even if their is actually three 20% cdr item for ap in the game.

I try to contain myself from writing a lot of horrible thing to you because i remember you just human's and you can make mistake but sometimes you really need to listen the community in the sub- reddit fiddel mains a lot of us asked for a damage buff and you dididnt give a single damn shith about our opinions.
