I just demoted from gold to silver 1, and now im lose in silver one???????????????????????????????????? What do I need to do???

That happened to me last season. Play jungle and focus the lane that's winning. It doesn't matter how much the feeding lanes are bitching. Focus the lanes that are ahead in kills.

I just got put into silver 1 a little over an hour ago, and im already almost silver 2????????????????????????????????????? Why?

I would personally try to win and play in good condition only and put in 20 games of jhin. If your consistently making game winning impact. Stick to that till your LP gains are balanced out.

You have been bleeding out MMR badly recently. Find what you preform well consistently and grind that to fix the MMR bleedout. My guess is Jhin. Your going to be more informed then I am if you remain objective on assessing your impact.
