sounds like it's only for auto attacks. let's give ADCs even more damage except now it's mixed so you can't itemize against it

I think hinging this item on ultimates is a stupid trigger.

I would rather they scrap the bind mechanic and have it be an active that operates on a charge system like Ashe's Q.
