Man I wanna play a league game and then afk

I kid you not the past four games ive played, ive had three afks at the beginning! non of them even said "hey i gotta go" or "sorry I cant play". Instead they just left leaving people to fill for them, and this caused one lane to get fed to crap. Please can we do something to stop this? I dont wanna keep playing if Im gonna get an afk 3 out 4 games I play.

2 of my past 5-6 have been like that. first our mid laner then our jungler.
