Abilities and dashes shouldn't be able to pass through terrain/walls

Like Shen, he just dashes through a wall like it's a portal. And Skills that pass through walls like Jinx's ult, makes no sense for her ult to go through walls. Skills should be treated like yasuo's wall(including lasers and all other projectiles) And dashes should be treated like Galio when he dashes to a wall, which he cant, he hits the wall and stops. That should be the same way for all dashes, if not then don't make it for only Galio.
