Devourer was fixed, when are we getting the old warwick back?

So what made Warwick op was the on-hit true dmg effect on devourer with smite. In patch 4.21, riot nerfed his w's duration, which is now same as olaf's w's duration(which is compeletly underpowered compared to olaf's), reduced dmg on his ultimate which a simple stun will cancel. Devourer is changed so that true dmg is dealt over time, not on-hit, so that it procs only once in ww's ultimate.

Or is it because he's "easy" to play that he had to be capped so hard and devourer was only an excuse? Champion difficulty is not the hardest thing to master in this game. It only takes few games to master a champion. There is only so much thing a champion can do. I've seen some lee sin players in low elo making "plays" doing some crazy ward jumps and yet stuck in low elo forever, why? because he has no strategy. This game has much more than just using a champion's kit to fullness. It's more about dodging skill shots, positioning, effective itemization, situational awareness, objective control, effective pinging, teamwork and strategy. Imo, that's what gave warwick a such high winrate at one point in low elos. Warwick is easier to master that people feed in fewer games just because they've just started him and that warwick players are able to actually focus on other important strategy, one of them being that most Warwick players actually know to focus(ult) a carry, unlike other low elo players who have no friggin idea what to do with their champion. Another, low elo players just have no frigging idea what to do when ww ults a carry in the middle of their team.

Warwick was under the balance for a long time. Warwick's ultimate isn't a free-kill. It's a kill only when used wisely. For example, Warwick's ultimate a kill only when the enemy lane is past the half of the lane and does not ward. Even then, in high elo where they have good supports it's even worse than a pre6 gank of other junglers as a simple stun or disable will pretty much neutralize it. It's true warwick is a great 1v1 fighter, especially mid to late game, but only at the slightest. Warwick wouldn't be able to 1v1 elise early game, and a non-brain dead player would realize within a second of fighting with warwick(mid to late game) that a prolonged trade with him is not a good idea and will simply run away with excellent mobility that they have.

So right decided to nerf Warwick and gave darius's q warwick's q times 5 strength. I would like to get warwick refunded for 450ip This game is balanced.

Warwick is my favorite champ in the game but he simply cannot be allowed to be strong as he has one of the unhealthiest kits in the game. He needs a relaunch but in the meantime he is decent at the moment. He can go Devourer or Cinderhulk and be effective though the devourer build is a lot riskier. The juggernaut items are great for him and he is one of the very few champs that buying item 3748 isn't a waste.

First of all, none of Warwick's kit scale with health at all. His lifesteal and dps comes from on on-hit not AD. What Warwick scales off is Attack speed and Amor/Mr. Just saying. Stacking health on Warwick is purely situational.

Unhealthiest kit I guess is right. Because, it's all about what appears to be op, not actually op.

He needs health in order to live and get to targets for he can auto and sustain. Warwick is not a tank so he doesn't scale with health but he is a fighter/juggernaut/bruiser who needs some health and defenses to do his job. On hit items are the best for the Wick but he is too squishy with just them.

I'm not saying they are not viable build. Just saying, AS, Armor/Mr/CDR warwick is the standard build I go with

50 magic damage on hit, procs twice every two hits. So that's 150 magic dmg every two hits meaning 150/2 = 75 magic damage.

So, it's basically 75 magic damage with 50% attack speed. With occational (now) negligible true dmg depending on the jungle item.

It doesn't look ridiculously op to me.

Warwick is flat out easy mode. Without a kit change he can't be strong because he's just one of those anti-fun champion. He's already strong if you don't end the game before he makes it to a high number of items cause his self sustain is just off the charts.
