Why graves will always be broken.
There is no doubt about it. Graves it a broken champ both in solo queue and premade. There are a number of champs that are good in solo queue but not that great in premade and vice versa, but Graves is purely broken in all situations.
Here is why Graves is broken. It's plain and simple. -You give Graves a range. Alright it's slightly shorter than other ad carries, but there is a difference between a melee distance and ranged distance. -But he still gets stats of a melee tanks as well as movespeed of a fighter. Perheps even more. So what becomes a champion that can attack from afar, kite you to death, has gap closer, has chasing power, cc the entire team with the smoke bomb, that also has tankiness of a melee tank or a fighter? No ranged carry in this game has such ridiculous base/growth stats.
It's not the mastery of the champ. It's not the team coordination. It's not the strategy or tricks. It's pure overpowered stats of Graves that is making him overpowered, period.
I have an idea on how to fix graves and make him still playable in jungle with his tankiness. HOW ABOUT TURNING HIM INTO A MELEE CARRY? HMM?
