Flash is possibly the most noob summs in the game. It takes zero skill to use that ability. It rewards bad decision making. It requires zero timing, unlike ghost. When you're in a sticky situation? Just flash away. No punishment made. A tank used flash elsewhere to secure a kill and trying to dive kill you as an adc and you have no clue how to run away? Just flash away and let your team shred the tank for you. There shut him down just like that. A nub ass adc shut that pro tank down. The flash is one of the reasons why sometimes nubs can shut down pros in the game. No matter how good you're you can't always keep track of everyone's summs. And you take the summs because you want to use it right? Alirght sure, you can play safely when the summs are down and take a little more risk every 5 min or so. This is the reason why the game is unnessarily dragged on... waitin and waiting until your summs come back up.

I think the game should be rewarding a better decision making and really make the game more skill-oriented by letting players keep track of champions basic abiliites other than summoner skills that have 5 minute cooldowns.

Sure, when mobility is ruling the game and immobile champions are already struggling, I fail to see how removing the only source of mobility for them could possibly go wrong.

I don't like that idea, given the entire game has basically been balanced around Flash's mere existence (or at the very least, summoner spells are; this can be seen with the rework to Unsealed Spellbook, since the old one was basically 'oh my flash is on a shorter cool down and I can swap my not-flash to ghost or ignite sometines'.)

The game would probably need aome pretty big changes if flash got removed, tbh.

Personally I dislike flash too, but maybe it just need an out of combat rule to it? It has too much going for it, used for chasing kills , evading, blah blah.

But what would make me laugh than seeing a bronze game replay and people engaging with flash even if they're not in range ?

Imo, they shoud remove flash, and replace it with an enhanced version of hexflash. Channeling 1.5times faster, and not being cancelled when damage by enemies

Flash has like a 100% pickrate, proof how broken it is
