I wish we had more healthy champions like Zac
Passive: Every time Zac damages at least one enemy with an ability he sheds a chunk of himself to a nearby location Zac and enemies can move over these chunks to consume them, if he does he heals for 4% maximum health. Now this aspect of his passive is what I want to focus on because I find it personally one of the best passives in the game in terms of game design.
He has clear counter play and clear consequences for certain decisions. If he doesn't pick up blobs or if he misses, he is punished for it and basically hurts himself for 4% of his current health every ability. Where as if he does he is rewarded with cost less abilities and free health. Also the enemy can walk over them to and also punish him and make him suffer for using abilities.
This is in my mind is the epitome of balanced, as it just shows how much you have to think when playing with or against Zac. Whether you should try and deny blobs or maybe distract him by allowing him to pick up blobs, it all really depends. This is especially why I hate champions with no counter play besides CDR like Riven.
