His abilities scale with AP, yet he is mostly seen as an "ADC" type of play style. Didnt you rework

for similar reasons. AD Kennen is just as toxic to play against as AP ever was.

ad kennen is bad lol
Kennen's kit is actually quite good, with almost all abilities being unique. I don't think he requires a rework at all, he is one of the most balanced champions out there.
