Ability to Ping Enemy Ults in Addition to Summoner Spells

Just as written. Possibly have a little circle on the scoreboard similar to the one showing level, or just put it next to the keystone. It wouldn't even have to say the name of the ult. As long as it said Ult or Ultimate, people would find that information to be helpful enough. Whatever helps communicate important information to teammates quicker, easier, and more effectively is almost always a good thing.
